A passenger was trapped after a two-vehicle crash on the B1178 near Bracebridge Heath.
The incident between a Peugeot 406 and a Ford Transit pick-up van happened at around 4.55pm.

Fire crews were called to rescue the trapped person from the Peugeot 406 before making the vehicle safe.
