Passengers happier with East Midlands Trains service in Sleaford

LATEST figures indicate overall satisfaction of passengers who use the train line through Sleaford has increased to 89 per cent.

The results of the East Midlands Trains latest survey, released last week by transport watchdog Passenger Focus, show overall satisfaction has increased, marking the highest ever level of passenger satisfaction and showing a two per cent year-on-year increase in satisfaction.

Around £10 million has now been invested in East Midlands Trains stations and the survey demonstrated that satisfaction in this area has also increased to a significant 89 per cent. This marks a six per cent year on year increase in overall station satisfaction.

East Midlands Trains station teams were also praised by passengers with 91 per cent feeling satisfied with how their request to station staff was handled, marking a two per cent year-on-year increase, and 81 per cent were happy with the helpfulness of station staff, a four per cent year-on-year increase.
