One of the most well-known figures in Lincolnshire cricket has died.

Tony North, the president of both the Lincolnshire ECB Premier League and Hartsholme Cricket Club, passed away last Thursday following a short illness.

Mr North was 70 and is survived by his wife Jenny.

His funeral will be held at Lincoln Crematorium on Friday, January 20 at 1.50pm and afterwards at the Ruston Sports and Social Club in Newark Road, Lincoln. Family flowers only.
