Power cut in Lincoln affects 900 homes

Workmen are repairing a fault after 900 homes in Lincoln were left without power.

The power cut was reported to Western Power Distribution at around 2pm today.

It affected an area of the city stretching from Crofton Drive to Tower Gardens.

Power to each of the properties was restored within 30 minutes and customers have been told they should not experience any more problems.
