Psychic claims to reunite loved ones
HAVE you ever wondered if the afterlife really exists? Are you looking for evidence of the continued existence of family and friends? Medium Tony Stockwell believes he is the man to help answer those questions when he returns to Skegness next month to present an evening of psychic mediumship, writes Sarah Payne.
"I have been aware of spirits and encountered paranormal experiences for as long as I can remember," Tony says.
"From a young age I realised that other people didn't have the same experiences as me, but it wasn't until I was 16 and started going to Spiritualist Churches that everything fell into place.
"My parents were aware of some of my encounters but mainly just humoured me with "that's lovely Tony". They didn't encourage or discourage me."
"Many experiences have touched me but any one message can be extraordinary for a number of reasons and it might not be the most dramatic or interesting that leaves a lasting impression."
Tony has devoted himself to what he describes as his gift and believes his quest to push the boundaries of his psychic and spiritual knowledge has made an impact on the lives of thousands of people.
"Reuniting loved ones, both living and passed is fantastic and there is no feeling like it in the world," he says.
"To witness the weight of the world on someone's shoulders lighten because they know their loved one has not gone forever is incredible."
So how does he react to people who remain sceptical about mediums?
"I don't try to convince anyone because for some people there will never be enough proof. I just take pleasure in knowing even the hardest of sceptic will know the truth about an afterlife when their own time comes."
Tony Stockwell will be appearing at the Embassy Theatre, Skegness on Sunday November 9 at 7.30pm. Contact the Box Office on 0845 674 0505 for tickets.
