Organiser, flight lieutenant Kate Marshall, said: "We had a great turn out from service and civilian personnel on station. It was really heartening to see so many people give up their lunch hour in aid of such worthy charity."
Elsewhere, 120 bikers, consisting of both RAF and civilian personnel, took part in Bikers4Macmillan's sunset to sunrise motorcycle ride.
The bikers covered 257 miles from Holyhead to Skegness to reach the sea view pullover at 4.30am to view the sunset.
After riding through the night in bad weather, the team was rewarded with tea and bacon butties.
A spokesman for Bikers4Macmillan said: "The team would like to thanks all who took part in the ride as well as those who were involved behind the scenes and those who donated money.
"Thanks also goes to SOS Motorcycle Recovery who were kind enough to provide a support vehicle."
The event has raised more than £4,500 with more money still to be collected.
