As she finished the call, she was approached from behind by a man who covered her mouth and told her to be quiet and hand over money. He left the address soon after with an amount of cash and the victim's cheque book.

The offender was dressed in black or dark clothing with long sleeves and long gloves that covered the end of the sleeves. He was wearing a black motorcycle helmet that had no motifs or emblems on it.

The visor on the helmet was tinted and none of the offender's skin was visible so the victim is unable to describe the colour but he is said to have had a 'rough' English accent.

He was of medium build and 5ft 7inches or above in height. The incident happened at Sunday, October 7 at about 6pm.
