PEOPLE living and travelling through Theddlethorpe are being urged to keep on the lookout for people fly tipping.

Recently East Lindsey District Council's cleansing teams have responded to fly tips close to the Gas Terminal. The fly tips contained household items and enquiries by the Waste Enforcement Team have not yet been able to identify those responsible for dumping the waste

The Council spends £1.5m each year clearing up fly tips and litter from across the District and will always try to prosecute offenders.

If you know who is responsible for these fly tips, please contact the District Council's Waste Enforcement Team on free phone 0800 195 5228 or by e-mail to flytipping@e-lindsey.gov.uk.

You can also text FLY with details of location, time and date to 07781 481 328.
