Reward offered for items stolen during burglary of Lincoln home

A £250 reward is being offered for the recovery of property stolen in a burglary in Laceby Street, Lincoln.

A number of vintage broaches, two Japanese wooden boxes, bangles of various design, a 20s-style gold handbag and a number of blue/green art nouveau pendants on silver chains were taken from the property between 8.40am and 5.50pm on Friday.

The items were of high sentimental value to the owner.

In addition, a purple ladies bicycle and an grey mens racing bicycle were stolen from the rear garden.

Detective Sgt Jen Waddington said: “with so many distinctive items stolen in this burglary we are hopeful of tracing the property and getting it back to the owner.

"We are appealing to anyone who comes across any items matching the descriptions of the stolen property and also to any vintage shop owners who could be offered the goods for sale.”
