Ross Walker and Steve Plater both target Cadwell return after injury
BRITISH 125GP star Ross Walker is eyeing a return to the track at Cadwell Park next month.
The 17-year-old, from Lincoln, suffered a broken collarbone after a first-corner crash at round seven at Snetterton earlier this month.

Walker had made a superb start, moving up to at least eighth after starting 13th on the grid. However, when coming to brake at the first corner, he was brutally shunted off the track.
"I got a really good start and I must have passed at least five others and started to brake going into the corner," he said.
"But then I saw another bike come into the corner of my eye and they just took me out.
"My collarbone has been snapped in two places and there isn't anything to hold it together."
The injury came weeks after Walker claimed victory at Mallory Park in June after fellow biker Fraser Rogers was disqualified from the race for overtaking the safety car.
Despite being unable to ride, Walker is hoping to continue his success when he gets back on the bike at his home circuit, Cadwell.
However, the injury means Walker will be unable to compete at round eight at Brands Hatch.
Meanwhile, Steve Plater is also eyeing a return to the track at Cadwell. The Woodhall Spa rider suffered a broken neck and arm during practice for the North West 200 in May, which could have ended his season.
However, the HM Plant Honda rider wants to resume his British Superstock 1000 challenge at round nine at Cadwell.
Plater was leading the Superstock series at the time of his accident, but, in his absence, has dropped down the standings.
Plater now only retains a faint chance of winning the championship.
But his imminent return to the track will nevertheless be a huge boost to his legion of fans.
