UPDATE 6.30pm: Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue believe the incident is now scaling down.
Some fire engines are leaving the scene, although police and some firefighters still remain.
Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue say the cause of the fire is believed to be sparks from nearby welding equipment, which ignited the shed.

UPDATE 4.40pm: Lincolnshire Police say Newark Road will remain closed for the next two hours.
People are being evacuated from their homes after a fire in a shed in Saville Street which contains a gas cylinder.
Five fire engines are on the scene and emergency services have imposed a 200 metre exclusion zone.
Newark Road has been closed in both directions between St Catherines and Manby Street. The fire was called in at 1.10pm today.
People living nearby have been advised to close their doors and windows.
If they live within the 200 metre exclusion zone they should evacuate their property.
Karen Owers, who lives nearby, said: "We have all been evacuated and everything has ground to a halt.
"We can still see smoke coming from the direction of the property - it is still hazy down there."
