A SLEAFORD School is offering School Direct training opportunities and is inviting applications from the most able graduates in the region.
Kesteven and Sleaford High School Selective Academy (KSHSSA) is offering this new path into teaching as a way to gain the qualifications and practical skills you need to become a teacher.

NEW SCHEME:Deputy Headteacher at KSHSSA Josephine Smith is welcoming applications for School Direct training.
It enables those who have just finished a degree, or have been working in a career for many years to combine teacher training with actually doing and learning on the job.
Josephine Smith, Deputy Headteacher said: "We have six places at our school, or our associate schools across the county, for trainees taking the non salaried Schools Direct route and one salaried post for a graduate looking to retrain to become a maths teacher.
