Search for murdered James Brodie continues in East Heckington canal
A search of a Lincolnshire canal has started in connection with the murder of Bulwell man James Brodie.
The 19-year-old is believed to have gone missing soon after jeweller Marian Bates was shot dead during a robbery at the Time Centre, in Arnold, in September 2003.
Last month searches at Maize Farm, in East Heckington, Lincolnshire, resulted in a number of samples being sent off for further scientific tests.
Dean Betton, 32, of Raleigh Street, Radford, has been charged with James Brodie's murder.
