There's a seaside feel to the top of the Sills and Betteridge Lincolnshire League after the Bank Holiday weekend.

Both Skegness sides were unbeaten after three games and sat pretty at the summit.

The Lilywhites of Skegness Town followed up their midweek success over Cleethorpes Town Reserves with a point at Grimsby Borough Reserves.

Meanwhile, Skegness United completed a successful week with a 4-1 win over Lincoln United Reserves, just three days after knocking four past Borough.

Town topped the tree by virtue of more goals scored.

CGB Humbertherm slipped to third after slipping to their first defeat of the season at home to Boston United Reserves. Grimsby's point against the Lilywhites earned them fourth spot.
