Former Sheffield Wednesday trainee Todd Jordan joins Lincoln City
Former Sheffield Wednesday trainee Todd Jordan could make his Lincoln City debut against Macclesfield tonight after joining the club on a non-contract basis.
Jordan who can operate either at the centre of defence or in midfield, was recently with Shirebrook Town having previously turned out for Staveley Miners Welfare and Parkgate FC of the Northern Counties Premier Division.
The 21-year-old is known to Imps manager Gary Simpson from his time helping out at Parkgate at the beginning of this season.
It is understood the former Parkgate man will go straight into the squad for tonight's Blue Square Bet Premier trip to Macclesfield Town.

"Todd is a player I've been keeping an eye on for some time and whilst it could well be a gamble bringing him in, he has joined us on little money so it's a gamble well worth taking," said Simpson.
Loan players Nat Brown and Tony Diagne will be unavailable to Simpson for tonight's clash against their parent club.
