Sisters at home at The Range
TWO sisters from Boston have ended a long search for jobs, securing roles at the same company.
Paige and Brooke Motson have both started work at The Range on London Road, thanks to a recruitment partnership between work programme provider Ingeus and the store.
Both women were looking for jobs with a busy retailer, Paige in an admin role and Brooke helping and serving customers and had been referred to Ingeus for support in getting a job by Boston's Jobcentre Plus.
Paige, 21, had gained some work experience in waitressing, as a dental assistant and in admin roles and having left college a year ago, 19-year-old Brooke was becoming increasingly frustrated as she sought her first job.

Ingeus helped the two write CVs, develop strong interview skills and search for jobs that matched their aspirations. Alongside this, Ingeus worked with The Range to understand the company's recruitment process and to ensure the candidates it put forward had the right match of skills, experience and motivation.
Paige said: "Ingeus encouraged us to attend a pre-employment workshop, which told us more about the kind or jobs that were available at The Range."
"We both came away really excited at the prospect of working for the company," added Brooke.
"We were interviewed within an hour of each other and then thrilled to hear we had both been successful."
Before putting them forward for interview, Ingeus asses Paige and Brooke against a number of criteria, including their customer service skills, ability to be team players and their suitability to work in a busy retail environment, as well as their high standards in literacy, numeracy, punctuality and readiness to work.
The Range manager Oliver Gayford, said: "Opening a new store is very rewarding, but it is also hard work.
"Employing the right people is one of the toughest parts, and we were inundated with applications. Ingeus helped us find the right people to interview and as a result 11 people from the Work Programme now have jobs, including Paige and Brooke.
"However, even though we are now trading and have a full complement of staff, the search goes on - we have a constant need to find other suitable people and Ingeus is helping us with that now."
