A SKEGNESS mobility company has been given a surprise lift by a TV dragon.

People First Mobility has been chosen by TV star Theo Paphitis as a winner in his Small Business Sunday project.

Karen took to Twitter to tell Theo about her business which specialises in selling, servicing, repairing and hiring mobility equipment as part of Small Business Sunday which was set-up to help small businesses promote the products and services they provide .

The six businesses Theo likes the most are re-tweeted every Monday at 8pm.

The winners are then invited to enter their profile on the small Business Sunday website.

Theo retweeted @pfmobility to his 314,000 followers which has resulted in a boost of followers for Karen.

Karen added: "My husband and I set-up the business in 2003 after we felt there was a gap in the market.

"Winning Small Business Sunday has given us great exposure with the benefits of being supported by Theo Paphitis.

"We now display an award logo and very much look forward to meeting Theo at an award ceremony to be held later this year."
