A TEENAGE entrepreneur has won an award for his business skills.

Seventeen-year-old Matt Lovett has been awarded the Daily Mail Enterprising Young Brit Award for his company Wow Media.

Mr Lovett, who went to the Sir William Robertson High School in Welbourn won £1,000 for his Internet marketing company.

The firm consists of a collection of cashback and reward websites offering visitors discounts on goods and services. The company employs six people at its Birmingham office.

"It is a fantastic achievement to win this award and for Wow Media to be recognised by leaders in the business world is a fantastic achievement for me," said Mr Lovett.
