Tables will sold closer to the date with spectators able to watch the cricket and help raise money for good causes.
In the evening, there will be a Twenty20 match between Sleaford and a Lincolnshire Select XI and all guests will be welcome to stay for the entire day's proceedings.
Chris Travers, a friend and former team-mate Stephen's, is helping to organise the event.
"Stephen was held in the highest regard in cricketing circles," he said.
"Those organisations most closely associated with him want to mark Stephen's memory with a memorial charity day that is intended to provide some entertaining cricket as well as raise money for good causes to be nominated by Stephen's family."
