Sleaford Lions to support Lincs children's art competition
THE Sleaford & District Lions are sponsoring this year's Community Lincs county-wide Children's Artwork Competition of which the theme is 'Producing, Cooking and Eating Locally Grown Food of Lincolnshire'.
Primary age children from across Lincolnshire are once again being invited to enter this popular Artwork Competition which is now in its fourth year.
The competition gives young people a great opportunity to express their ideas about the county they live in; this year looking at locally grown food, how it is produced and consumed.
Last year over 230 children entered the competition and organisers hope that even more will enter this time.
