The walks are suitable for beginners, lasting between 45 minutes and one hour and they take place at various times of the day.
Walking is said to be a great way to meet new people, get some fresh air and gentle exercise.
Participants don't need to book ahead they can just turn up wearing comfortable clothes and shoes.
Dr. Bird, GP and founder of Health Walks, said: "If you want to do physical activity for the first time, walking is the ideal solution, and there will be a health walk very near where you are."
