Sleaford Town supremo Brian Rowland is confident that his strikeforce of Miles Hunter and recent signing Martin Wormall will fire his side up the United Counties Premier Division League Table.

Town face third-from-bottom Rothwell Corinthians at Eslaforde Park tomorrow (3pm) and Rowland is hoping they can continue their good momentum after an impressive 2-1 win against St Ives, writes Melissa Rudd.

"I thought the 90 minutes against St. Ives was the best we've played for a long, long time," said Rowland (pictured).

"I want us to move on from that now and drive on in the league to finish as high as we possibly can."

Sleaford have added Martin Wormall to their squad after Rowland snapped up the hot-shot from Grantham Town.

"Martin is an experienced centre-forward and with him and Miles up-front we have a very good strikeforce.

"I've known Martin a long time and the first chance I got to sign him I did.

"Hopefully we have got him until the end of the season, but it may be longer, we'll have to see."
