Rachael said: "We are fundraising all the time but this is the first time we have done something like this.

"We realised how much we could potentially raise and seeing as it's the men taking their clothes off we thought it would be nice to link it to a male charity."

The Orchid charity exists to help save men's lives from testicular, prostate and penile cancers through a range of support services, pioneering research and promoting awareness.

The calendar has been tastefully put together with the male models using different football props to hide their modesty.

The money received by the club will go towards new goal posts and nets for the junior pitches.

Rachael said: "As I understand it, the Football Association have changed the size of the goal posts for juniors so we have to update them all and some cost £3,000 a pair so we have lots of fundraising to do over the next year.

"It's all been done in good taste and we have had lots of support from both parents and also local businesses."

Supportive businesses have included B & S Catering, The Red Lion Ruskington, Matt Lindley Plasterer, Graffoe Plumber, Chaos Store Ruskington, Sleaford Quality Foods, Simba, SS Store, DPS Digital, Clearview Window Cleaners, Wright Vigar, Moore and Scrupps.

Calendars are now on sale, priced £4.99 at the club or from their Facebook page "Stjfc Managers Charity Calendar".
