Snow delays bin collections in Lincoln
Bin collections in Lincoln have been delayed due to snow.
The City of Lincoln Council has warned they are running several hours behind schedule as a result of the adverse weather.

Residents are currently being asked to leave their bins out if they see they not been collected.
An update will be issued at around 1pm as to whether or not the refuse teams will need to postpone any collections until March 12.

Good job this council doesn't manage bin collections in Russia or any of the Scandinavian countries where it really does snow.
Best leave work early in case i get snowed in”
