“Outworker for me the board have to take their time in the appointment of a new man. I personally think that the board have panicked somewhat with previous appointments and indeed subsequent sackings. So for me give the job to Grant for the remainder of the season, and go from there.

I would like to see a manager come in, that instead of just saying "I am all for playing youth and the youth system" actually does just that. This club over the last few years have let some very good, promising products of our youth system, fall by the way side, due to lack of opportunities.

Currently we have an extremely good young goalkeeper, who ability wise, is probably the best keeper we have at the club, and is certainly better than anything I have seen at any other club that we have played against this season. We have two young midfield players, again that are as good as anything that we have fielded in there respective positions. One of which (Cobb), is the sort of player you need in a relegation battle, as he is what I would call a "ratty" player, always nipping around the "ankles" type player, that just wins it and gives it.

As for all the names that are being banded about at the moment, any of them on paper will do a job, but just how good a job, god only knows, and time will tell.

All I know is that we as fans, all need to get behind Grant and the team over the next few days, encourage them and who knows where we might get too.

I have yet to see a team this season who I thought, "now they are way better than us" and if we can bring in 2 defenders, we will be more than ok.”
