'Stupid and idiotic' teenager stole from Asda supermarket in Boston
A BOSTON youth, who stole goods from the town's ASDA store just two days after having a sentence deferred at Boston Magistrates Court, has been given a suspended prison sentence.
Simeon Edwards, 18, of Ingram Road, admitted the theft of two boxes of bagels from an ASDA delivery lorry and burglary of an ASDA warehouse and theft of a box of Lynx products.
The two incidents occurred just 30 minutes apart late at night on November 7.
The court heard that Edwards, who appeared in custody, was subject to a deferred sentence from District Judge John Stobart at Boston Magistrates Court for two shoplifting offences imposed just two days before.

Edwards told the court he had been 'stupid' and 'idiotic' and that he planned on going back to college.
After standing the case down to hear from a probation officer, Edwards was made subject to a three-month custodial sentence suspended for 18 months and a requirement to attend a thinking and learning skills programme.
He was also ordered to pay £85 in costs.
