Despite the ongoing engineering works at Nottinghasm Central Station affecting rail connections to Lincolnshire, there's an hourly service to and from Lincoln and Skegness from 8am through until 8pm tonight.
This will continue until the work to replace out-dated signals and track ends in time for normal services to be resumed on Monday, August 26.
On the roads, there will be peak hour delays caused by works on Pelham Bridge in Lincoln.
And the major roadworks on the A1434 Newark Road are set to cause congestion in all directions from the Brant Road junction.
Meanwhile, there will also be delays due to the temporary traffic lights on the A52 Bridge End Road in Grantham city centre at the junction with Springfield Road.
