TRAVEL: Watch out for fallen branches and debris in the road
UPDATE 1.35pm Police say both Dam Gate at Holbeach and the B1195 at Raithby are now fully open to traffic after the fallen power cables and tree respectively were removed.
UPDATE: 1.05pm The B1195 at Raithby Hill, two miles north-west of Spilsby in the east of the county, is blocked by a fallen tree. Police are waiting for the tree to be removed.
UPDATE: 9.15am The A6121 in Bourne in the south of the county is partially blocked in both directions between the A151 West Road and the Toft turn-off junction because of a collision.
UPDATE: 8.40am The swan has been removed from the road at Hubbert's Bridge and the traffic flow is now back to normal!

UPDATE: 8.15am Lincolnshire Police are reporting heavy traffic this morning on the A15 Broadgate in Lincoln in both directions between the Lindum Road and the Canwick Road junctions.
UPDATE: 8.10am A swan in the road is being recovered from the A1121 Boardsides at Hubbert's Bridge at the B1192 Langrick Road junction.
UPDATE: 7.50am Motorists and pedestrians are also being warned to take care at the crossing at the top of Tritton Road in Lincoln off the roundabout outside McDonalds. The traffic lights are out of action for repair work
UPDATE: 7.30am Lincolnshire Police have just issued an alert to drivers in the Holbeach area. Dam Gate in Holbeach is closed this morning in both directions at the B1515 Fleet Street junction, because of fallen power cables. Engineers have been called out to repair the damage.
Police are warning Lincolnshire motorists to take extra care this morning in the wake of the overnight gales and strong winds.
The force's roads policing unit have warned of a windy start to the day and asked drivers to be alert for unexpected obstacles in the road.
At least one minor accident was caused in the early hours when a vehicle collided with a fallen branch on the A46 near Thorpe on the Hill.
The road, which was partially blocked in both directions at the Fosse Lane junction, has now been cleared.
But an overnight building fire means that Broad Street at Stamford is still closed this morning in both directions between the Crown Street and the Newgates junctions.
East Street and Cliff Road were also closed in the town, so diversions were put in place along Recreation Road, which isn't suitable for heavy traffic.
And there are still roadworks across the county which will cause peak hour delays.
Whisby Road in Lincoln is closed eastbound between the Teal Park roundabout and the Station Road junction because of major roadworks.
And there is continued congestion in the Newark Road area of the city, particularly around the Hykeham Road junction.
