Taking a drive down memory lane
VINTAGE vehicle enthusiasts enjoyed a treat when Boston Classic Car Club held an open meeting in the town's Market Place.
Organised by club member Geoff Adams, the event saw a variety of classic cars on show in front of the Ingram Memorial.

Among the vehicles on display were an 1951 Austin Sheerline, Morris Eight Series E, 1930s Rover 14 Sportsman, 1930s Austin Tens, 1960s Triumph Herald, Morris Minor Traveller, a rare Austin A60 van, Ford Anglia and a 1967 Triumph 250.
A club spokesman told the Target: "Members of the public really enjoyed looking round the cars and the enthusiastic owners of the classic cars were kept busy all day explaining which model, year, and engine size their vehicle was.
"They also listened to many stories like 'Blimey, I passed my driving test in one of those' or 'My dad had one of those cars.'
"We enjoyed listening to all the memories. The hours soon speed past and all too soon it was time to go home."
The club's next event is its ever popular annual show at Graves Park in Kirton on August 8.
