Taxi driver robbed in Boston
THREE men assaulted and robbed a taxi driver near Johnson's Garden Centre in Boston at about 3pm on Friday.
The driver, who works for Acorn Taxis, was getting into his vehicle when the attempted to grab his takings and stole his mobile telephone.
The offenders are described as two black men and one white man all aged between 25 and 30 wearing grey hats with peaks.
They are believed to have left the scene in a red VW Golf and anyone with information should contact Boston CID on 03001110300.
