Teenager in critical condition after two-car crash at Crowland, Lincolnshire
A teenager has been seriously injured in a car crash at Crowland in Lincolnshire.
The B1040 Thorney Road was closed for six hours yesterday afternoon following a collision between a black Ford Focus and a black Ford Ranger, shortly after 5pm.
A 19-year-old man from Crowland, who was a passenger in the Focus, was taken to Peterborough hospital and later transferred to Addenbrookes in Cambridge where he underwent surgery for a serious head injury. His condition is described as critical.
The driver of the Focus, another 19-year-old man from Crowland, received treatement at hospital but was discharged the same day.

The driver of the Ranger is a 37-year-old man, also from Crowland, and was unhurt in the incident.
