Thugs' sentences reduced
Two teenagers who savagely beat a man in Lincoln city centre have had their prison sentences reduced.
Stuart Robert Kisby (18) and Darren Wheeler (19) attacked businessman Stephen Swallow as he made his way home from a night out with friends in June last year.
Wheeler, of St Rumbold Street, Lincoln, and Kisby, of Penrose Close, North Hykeham, both admitted causing grievous bodily harm with intent in November last year and were each sentenced to five and a half years' detention
Kisby's sentence was cut to three and a half years and Wheeler's was reduced to four years.

“Well I have finally lost all my faith in the English Judicial system. I can imagine all the thugs and muggers out there who will be laughing their heads off knowing that they will recieve a lesser sentence if they plead guilty and thats if the case ever gets to court.”

“The law is an ass
It only respects the criminals and not the victim of the crime at all. If you can't do the time dont' do the crime.”

“Well doesn't that just send out the right message! I'm sure the injured party from the unprovoked assault will be well impressed.”

“shocking!!!
the sentences didnt seem long enough in the first place, they should of been greater to allow for times when a reduction in time is granted.the two thugs who took his freedom away from him totally deserved to have there taken from them.”
