Trespass charges for three men suspected of searching for game in Lincolnshire
THREE men from the south east of England have appeared before Skegness magistrates on charges of trespassing on land in pursuit of game.
The three were named as Charles Lee, 29, of Seven Oaks in Kent, James Vincent, 23, of Orpington in Kent and Thomas Love, 19, of Lingfield in Surrey.

They are all charged with trespassing on land at Croft Marsh Farm at Croft on November 25, in search of pursuit of game, woodcock, snipes or conies.
All the men denied the offence and the case was adjourned for a trial on May 15.

A similar charge against a fourth man – Albert Eastwood, 39, of Redhill in Surrey – was withdrawn by the prosecutor, who informed the magistrates that he had recently been sentenced to a substantial prison term and it was not in the interests of justice to continue with this lesser offence.
