Trial date set for man accused of murdering Gary Hayes in Lincoln
A man accused of the murder of a 44 year old will face trial later this year after pleading not guilty.
Mark Titley, 38, of Monks Road, Lincoln, denies the murder of Gary Hayes on April, 14, this year.

Titley, appeared at Lincoln Crown Court and was remanded in custody. He is due to stand trial in front of a jury on December 3.
Mr Hayes of Walnut Place, Lincoln, was found in the Portland Street area of the city after a phone call was made to the emergency services just before 6am on April 14. He had suffered a stab wound to the chest and was pronounced dead soon afterwards.
