Trio in court over alleged Lincoln shopping centre burglary
Three people have appeared in court after an alleged burglary at Brant Road Shopping Centre in Lincoln.
Benjamin James Freeston, 33, and Caren Jyotica Patel, 32, both of Kipling Close in Grantham, were charged with burglary and theft.
Gregory Ross Guille, 35, of no fixed abode was charged with the same offences, with the addition of dangerous driving and failing to stop.
Mr Freeston and Ms Patel were released on conditional bail while Mr Guille was remanded in custody, following the Lincoln Magistrates' Court hearing on Tuesday, October 15.
