UPDATE: Man dies after three-car crash on A16, near Louth, in Lincolnshire
A man has died following a three-car crash on the A16 at Brackenborough, near Louth.
The accident, which happened outside the Brackenborough Arms Hotel at around 1.40pm yesterday, involved a Vauxhall Corsa, a Volkswagon and a Chrysler MPV.

The 77-year-old driver of the Corsa was taken to Grimsby Hospital where he has since died. His 76-year-old wife, who was a passenger in the car, was seriously injured.
The driver of the Volkswagon, a 63-year-old man from Newark, suffered injures to his chest, knees and a wrist which are not believed to be life-threatening. His two female passenger, aged 64 and 60, sustained minor injuries.

A beige Chrysler MPV collided with some of the wreckage and the occupants, a 32-year-old man and 34-year-old woman from Holten le Clay, were shocked but otherwise unhurt.
The road reopened at 7.15pm last night.
