Victorian property in excellent location still available
A Victorian property that once housed a jewellery shop remains available in Lincoln city centre after being on the market for almost two years.
Located opposite Lincoln Central station in St Mary's Street, the building was originally occupied by Beadazzeled.
However, it has been vacant since its owner Lorraine Cadel took her creative talents abroad, after trading for 17 years.
The property is located in one of Lincoln's prime retail areas, with a 278sq ft of space.

The commencing rent is £14,000 per year, excluding business rates.
Andrew Curtis, of the property's estate agent Walter's, said examples of businesses that suit the unit would be a sandwich bar or jewellery shop, because of its location close to the High Street.
He said: "There are very few shops like this for rent in Lincoln city.
"This property has an excellent trading location for a small business and a lot of potential for the future."
Steve Thompson, the owner Eric A. Bird, a jewellery shop on the same street, said the area provided good conditions for retailers.
"This area is visible," he said.
"People come here all the time.
"There's always traffic and the railway station is just across the road."
