Waddington United end Cherry Knights' hopes of a clean sweep
Cherry Knights' dream of a clean sweep of trophies this season came to an end at Waddington United in their quarter-final tie of the David Cooper Cup.
The all-conquering Knights suffered their first defeat of the season, going down 1-0 and, to rub salt into the wound the winning goal was an own goal.

The second quarter-final tie played went much to form as Fulbeck United set up a semi-final tie at FC Rustons United with a 14-0 victory over Blacksmiths.
While these cup games were going ahead both FC Rustons United and Ivy Tavern closed the gap on league leaders Knights with victories.
FC Rustons won 5-3 at Horncastle Town with goals from Rob Cole, Will Conlon, Rhett Smith, Danny Curtis and Lewis Edwards.
Scott Spooner and Jake Shelbourne got the goals for Horncastle as they suffered a seventh successive defeat.
Ivy Tavern CSA won at home 4-1 against Metheringham with their goals coming from John Robinson (2), Nigel Wallace and Sam Allmond. Mark Jordan netted Meg's consolation goal.
Returning to action after their FA suspension were Pride who visited Ruston Sports for their first game since November.
It saw them collect a 1-1 draw with Paul Marklew their scorer and Nathan Roberts getting Ruston's goal.
