Wildlife art on sale at RSPB site
A CHRISTMAS arts and craft fair will take place at the RSPB Frampton Marsh this weekend.
Between 10am and 4pm on Saturday and Sunday local artists and photographers will be exhibiting and selling some of their work. All items will make ideal gifts with Christmas just around the corner.
Also on Sunday, visitors to Frampton Marsh can enjoy a Winter Wildlife Walk between 2pm and 4pm. An expert guide will lead you around the reserve to enjoy the ducks, geese and waders, such as wigeon, teal, brent geese and curlews that make the reserve their winter home.
Hen harriers, barn owls, peregrines and merlins are all regular predators at this time of year. Booking is essential and the cost is adults £4, children £2 and RSPB members half price. Call 01205 724678.
