Wilson: Lady Imps have the desire to win the title
OOH Lincoln Ladies manager Rod Wilson believes Women's Premier League Northern Division title rivals Liverpool may have lost their motivation after securing a place in the Super League, while his side remain driven to cause an upset at the top of the table.
Liverpool remain heavy favourites for the title as they have a seven-point lead over the Lady Imps with five games remaining.

However, they have stuttered in recent weeks, securing a fortunate 2-1 win at Aston Villa last weekend, having managed only a goal-less draw at home to Newcastle the week before.
Wilson, whose Lady Imps side have won their last five league games and face Leeds City Vixens tomorrow at Ashby Avenue (2pm), believes after securing a place in the Super League next summer, Liverpool may be missing their desire as they no longer need to win the league to secure a return to the top division of the women's game.
In contrast, Wilson believes his side, who also earned a place in the new league, still have the hunger to win the title which would make up for the heartbreak of narrowly missing out on the top spot in the last three seasons.
"Liverpool had a very lucky 2-1 win against Villa last weekend, with a late goal from a goalkeeping mistake," said Wilson.
"It looks like they are too far away to catch now, but you never know.
"We have to make sure we win all our games and we'll see if they slip up.
"They will admit themselves that they haven't been playing well recently, although they still seem to be scraping points.
"Maybe because they've made it into the Super League they have lost their motivation to win the league.
"However, with us, our psychology is different. We want to win the league because we've come so close to winning it in the last few seasons, but have missed out.
"We also want to make up for our poor start to the season."
Although the Lady Imps won 4-1 away at Leeds in October, Wilson expects a tough test against a side who have improved as the season has gone on.
"Leeds struggled earlier in the season having come up to the league," said Wilson.
"But they've been on a good run since Christmas, although they haven't played that many games.
"They are quite a physical and tall side."
