Witness appeal after man is left with fractured skull in Grantham
Police in Grantham are calling on the public’s help after a man was left with a fractured skull after a night out in the town.
The 34-year-old was found at 4.20am on Castlegate on August 18. He was taken by ambulance to Lincoln County Hospital and later transferred to the Royal Hallamshire Hospital in Sheffield with a bleed on the brain and a fractured skull.
Police are appealing to any witnesses to the assault to come forward.
Detective Sergeant Jenny Lovatt said: "I would urge anyone with information to contact me and tell me what you can, even if it's just a small detail.
