Worcester City 0-3 Gainsborough Trinity - Blues still in chase for Blue Square Bet North play-offs
Gainsborough Trinity clinched three vital points towards their push for the play-offs in the Blue Square Bet North with a 3-0 win over Worcester last night.
The Blues took the lead on 23 minutes through defender Luke Waterfall. They then extended it straight after the break with Greg Young finding the target.

The scoring was rounded off on 78 minutes when Simon Russell stepped up to score from the penalty spot.
The result leaves Gainsborough in seventh place, three points behind fifth-placed Altrincham, but Alty are due in action tonight when they head to second-placed Guiseley.

The match was significant for Worcester City as they played their last match under the floodlights at their St George's Lane ground.
The ground is set to close in June as the land has been sold to a property developer. Next season the club will ground share at Kidderminster Harriers Aggborough stadium.
