COMPANIES in the Boston area who are concerned about the impact of severe weather on their business are invited to a free 'Building Business Resilience' workshop next week.

The free half-day workshop in Lincoln is designed to help businesses across the county increase their resilience to severe weather like flooding, snow, drought and heat-waves.

The event is hosted by Lincoln-based Simons Group, a property solutions business that designs resilience into new buildings and refurbishment to ensure they can cope with the future as well as the current climate.

It will be held at Simons Group's offices at 991 Doddington Road, Lincoln, and will be a practical workshop with expert speakers, interactive exercises and the chance to learn from what other local businesses are doing.
