Rachel Horn, head teacher at Saxilby Primary, said: "This is the first time all the schools have come together for an event like this and we are delighted to welcome them."
It has been organised to help mark the arrival of the Olympic torch, which passes through Lincoln on June 27 and Saxilby on June 28.
Pupil Lucy Spencer, 11, said: "It is awesome the torch is coming through Saxilby. I think the sports day is a really good idea and I am looking forward to competing against other schools."
Roads along the routes will be closed in Lincoln from 7.30am and in Saxilby from 8am.
The mini-Olympics runs from 9am until 1pm.
