Lovely Day out
“I always enjoy a day at Birchgrove and look forward to this weekend when Tatty Bear will be at the centre and you can have a photograph taken with him.”

This is the 3rd or 4th time now that I have ordered my Cats food from yourselves and everytime I have received the order the next working day. After it happened the 1st time I thought that this was just a ‘one off’, but now I see that it is obvious that this is just ‘the norm’ for yourselves.
You obviously have the ‘golden solution’ to your processes and I am sure that you receive many customer satisfaction comments.
Your continued after support with follow on emails right up until the point of a 1 hour delivery window also amazed me.
Your service is by far the best I have received from a company with a mail order service.
You can be very proud of your company.
