Three arrested after 140 cannabis plants found at flat in Horncastle
Three people have been arrested after 140 cannabis plants were discovered at an address in Horncastle, Lincolnshire.
A warrant was executed under the Misuse of Drugs Act at a flat in Wharf Road yesterday.
The plants in varying stages of maturity, plus cultivation equipment, were discovered in the attic of the a four-storey building.
A 77-year-old man and a 64-year-old woman, plus a 46-year-old man from a separate address in the town, were arrested on suspicion of the production of drugs.

They were taken to Skegness Police station for interview and have been released on police bail until 19 April, pending further enquiries.
