Three arrests in Burgh le Marsh in connection with stolen bikes from Louth

Three people have been arrested over the theft of scooters and mopeds from Louth.

Police executed a warrant at an industrial unit in Station Road, Burgh le Marsh, on January 10.

A number of motorcycles were discovered that are believed to be stolen.

A 25 year-old man from Skegness, a 22 year-old man from Ingoldmells and a 38 year-old man from Irby in the Marsh were arrested on suspicion of handling stolen goods and taken to Skegness Police station for interview.

They have since been released on police bail until April 11 while enquiries continue.

The 25 year-old Skegness man was also arrested and bailed on suspicion of the cultivation of cannabis and extraction of electricity after a number of cannabis plants were found at his address during a subsequent search.
