Police will help cyclists protect their bikes with an electronic ImmobiTag.
It helps police identify a stolen bicycle, and the tags are almost impossible for thieves to remove.
The tags usually cost around £14.29 but will available for £4.50 during the event, with every 10th cycle tagged for free.
