Two brothers to go on trial for murder of Grantham man Danny Walsh
Two brothers appeared in court to deny the murder of Grantham man Danny Walsh.
Ben Croft, 24, and Sam Croft, 21, will go on trial in March next year after they each pleaded not guilty to the murder of Mr Walsh on 28 July.
The brothers, of Thorold Road, Barrowby, entered their not guilty pleas during a ten minute hearing at Lincoln Crown Court.
Both men wore matching black suits and ties.

They stood to confirm their names and pleas while flanked by security guards in the glass panelled dock.
Prosecution barrister Gorden Aspden asked for the case to be adjourned for trial at Lincoln Crown Court on March 10 next year.
The jury trial is expected to last between two or three weeks and will be listed before Judge Michael Heath.
Judge Heath remanded both men in to custody and told them: "Your trial will take place starting on March 10 next year."
Both men are charged with the murder of Mr Walsh, 30, during the early hours of Sunday, July 28, this year.
Police were called to Edinburgh Road in Grantham just after midnight after what officers described as a "violent incident."
Mr Walsh was taken to Grantham hospital where he later died.
A 24-year-old local man and a 26-year-old local woman who were also arrested in connection with the incident but were later released without charge.
