Three charged over theft of £350 bicycle in Lincoln
Three people have been charged with the theft of a bicycle in Lincoln.
Owen Paul Bramford, 20, of no fixed abode, plus a 16-year-old local boy and a 17-year-old local boy who cannot be named for legal reasons, have been charged in relation to the theft of a bike worth £350 from Waterside South yesterday.

All have been bailed to appear at Lincoln Magistrates' Court today.
